the poolside bar REALLY tested my patience. Empty beer bottles just stood there, UNOPENED. seriously? And the food? Let's just say i've had better airport meals. dragging heavy tables and chairs on tiles at all hours? NOT a relaxing sound.

i especially loved the pool and its central location. the hotel staff, including the guard, were helpful and friendly . i'd definitely stay here again (i already want to go back!). the helpful staff deserves a special mention, they really made a difference. the perfect position also made it easy to explore.
the room was a little basic, lacking any interior design.

the pool was very clean and it included nice shaded areas. a buffet breakfast was available . the hotel offered tuk-tuk services, providing convenient transportation options to get around the city.

i stayed in a beautiful room pool view. the room had good air conditioning and a nice dressing area. there was a separate shower, sink, and toilet available. it featured two large double beds.

the hotel is situated just the right walking distance from the royal palace. it is also near the river. the hotel is located downtown. various attractions are not far away.

Hidden oasis, a real gem

I loved how deceptively large this hotel is. The staff is SO friendly. Rooms are a good size. Rooms are clean too. The breakfast had a good selection, and lunch and dinner tasted great. The pool is wonderful. The cabanas were a welcome addition. I always got one.
The hotel water pressure suddenly became hot sometimes! keep bottled water nearby to rinse soap out.

The shaded pool had comfortable loungers. It creates a relaxing spot. A fish pond exists. Staff supply food for feeding the fish. I noticed the upstairs restaurant. It offers dinner service.

The breakfast buffet included a nice variety of foods, i thought. Delicious cocktails were served at the bar. I paid about $10 for one. The quality of the food at the buffet was one of the best in my experience.

The hotel's location is central. I walked to many areas quickly. Tuk-tuks stand in front of the hotel too. This makes it very easy to get around. It is an oasis in a busy location.

The staff were helpful and polite . I even had a lovely surprise waiting when i arrived in my room. When i booked a couples massage. It was relaxing after a long day.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special shout out goes to Sopheak. He assisted me when I realized I had left my iPhone in the taxi from the airport. The staff made several phone calls to retrieve it. I found that service great.
I booked a room with a balcony, but it faced a wall with scaffolding. It seemed all the standard rooms had the same issue. I had contacted the hotel three separate times to book my transfer from the airport, and I didn't receive a reply.
